IQ Quiz and Society
IQ scores tend to correlate with certain outcomes in society. For example, a higher IQ score tends to make you be more likely to perform better in a job. Thus, employers may sometimes take a potential employee's IQ into consideration when deciding whether or not to hire that person. Of course, depending on what the position is, IQ scores will be more or less relevant. For example, an IQ score is more relevant with regards to a medical research position than it is with regards to a taxi cab driver job. But, IQ test results can make a difference in other ways as well.
One other way IQ quiz results may make a difference is in a person's ability to make money. This is also obviously related to the previously mentioned job getting ability of people, but there are other factors to consider as well. This includes factors such as making correct financial decisions, making correct financial calculations, and correctly thinking through anything that would result in an economic gain or loss. Now, you don't have to be a genius to make sure you don't get screwed over when you take out a loan, but you do need your IQ to be at a certain level. Once you pass that necessary level, the score tends to begin losing importance rather rapidly.
